The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, June 30 reveals Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will wonder if Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is in trouble.
Also coming up, Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) will deal with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Plus, Jill Abbott (Lauren Koslow) will try to make peace with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). And Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will have a surprising suggestion for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Y&R spoilers tease Cane will tell Billy his paranoia is showing. “You know what I see, a man spinning out of control because I’m running Chancellor.” Of course, Billy will deny it. But he’ll tell Jill he’s holding on to hope. “That there’s a rational reason you sold me out to Victor.”

If not, she has complete lack of faith in him and he wants to know why. Cane will tell him to talk to his mom and work it out and he’ll leave. Then Billy will whine that Cane has always been her favorite son. But Jill will say they’re going to put this behind them, if it’s the last thing she does.
She’ll tell her son she sold Chancellor to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) because of her failing health. “If I didn’t believe in you, do you ever think I would have invested in Abbott Communications?” But Billy will say he saw it as her throwing him a bone. Jill will say she’ll try to convince him to her last breath that he’s wrong.
As for Cane, he’ll run into Lily at Crimson Lights. He’ll say Jill’s in town and she’s happy he’s running Chancellor. But Billy put a damper on it. However, he’d like to see Billy stop making the same mistakes. And he’ll suggest bringing him on board.
At Society, Kyle will tell Traci that Jack may be in real trouble. He’ll say they think Diane is at Dr. Markham’s house and his father is heading there now. But he hasn’t been able to get in touch with him. “Wait, you know where Diane is?” Traci will ask.
Kyle will say he didn’t actually see her but he called Markham and said he did. Then Jack decided to head over there and break in. Although Markham was going to meet him, he called back and canceled. Traci will say when she bumped into him at the cafe a cold chill went down her back. “It was like I was looking into the face of evil.” The encounter was also eerily familiar. “Martin Laurent,” Kyle will reply.
Traci will suggest they head over to Markham’s house. “I am not going to see another member of my family hurt.” Kyle will tell her they have to come up with something better. He’ll say he knows how tough it’s been on her, with Patty back. “I want to strangle her for what she did to Colleen,” a furious Traci will admit.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Patty Is Starting To Lose Her Patience
She’ll add she dreams about it, but in her dreams she never finishes the job. “Does that make me a coward?” Kyle will say no, it makes her human. Then he’ll tell Traci about a box he and his son found in the attic. It had cassettes with her daughter singing on it and Traci will get emotional, saying she misses Colleen so much.
Meanwhile, Patty will pay Dr. Markham a visit and tell him he should be grateful. “If I hadn’t overheard Jack and Kyle planning to break in here, you would have left this place unguarded.” But the doctor will say he’s playing his part, adding Jack’s just stringing her along.
Patty will get irritated when he suggests they pull back a little. Of course, she wants to do the opposite. “I’m starting to lose my patience,” Patty will add. “I will be damned if I lose Jack to Diane again.” He’ll tell Patty he knows her so called rehabilitation has been exaggerated because he was a party to it. “Until now,” he’ll say. “My professional opinion is open to revision and could change your treatment plan.”
Finally, Dr. Markham will hear Diane coming and tell Patty to leave. She’ll slip out the front door and Diane will walk in and say she heard voices. He’ll lie, saying he had someone on speaker phone. Diane will tell him she understands the journey she needs to take, now that she knows Jack has moved on, and she’s glad he’s going to be her guide.
“I feel a real connection with you and I think you feel it too,” she’ll add. He’ll ask what she’s feeling and she’ll say she’s deferring her conflicted feelings about Jack onto him. Then Diane will ask if it’d be appropriate if they had dinner together, she could cook for him. “I would like that very much,” Dr. Markham will reply.
